Releasing and Receiving Ritual for 2014

Remember "your thoughts are things" and you manifest what you focus on most!

In December of 2012, I posted a wonderful blog about “How to Release Those Limiting Beliefs“.  It included a fire ceremony.  Yes that’s me burning my list!

Since we just experienced a new moon at the first to the year, now is the perfect time to do this exercise again for 2014.  This is a great exercise to repeat at least once a year.  I love taking my “Receiving List” and turning it into Big and Bold “I AM” statements like these below:

I AM…

My fire ceremony
My fire ceremony 2012
  • A loving wife and mother
  • A devoted friend and confidant
  • A wealthy investor
  • A bestselling author and highly paid speaker
  • A world traveler
  • Safe and dearly loved
  • Present and living joyfully

These are simply examples, but I invite you to watch the video above, do the ritual and then print out your own I AM statements and put them somewhere so you can read them every day.

Stay focused on what you want – rather than what you don’t want. Remember “your thoughts are things” and you manifest what you focus on most…so focus on your “I AM” statements daily and watch the magic begin.
